Solar - a five day yoga retreat
Join me for five slow, sunlit days of yoga, creativity, good food, and community. Timed with the Summer Solstice and San Juan, Spain’s fire festival celebrating light and new beginnings.
Each day includes morning yoga, slower evening practices, guided meditation, and creative workshops designed to help you explore and unwind. You’ll be nourished with seasonal, plant-based meals prepared with care, and have plenty of time to rest, swim, walk, or simply do nothing.
Whether you come to move, create, reset or just be - SOLAR offers space to reconnect, reflect, and soak up the energy of midsummer.
what's included?
five days / five nights of accommodation in our stunning villa by lake Vinuela, Andalucia, Spain
a private chef preparing nutritious meals - brunch, afternoon snacks & 3 course dinner (one dinner out which is not covered)
90 minute morning yoga & meditation practice
60 minute evening restorative practice
drinks (tea, coffee & juice)

Please note, arrivals will be on the 22nd and departures will be the morning of the 27th.
What's not included?
flights to and from malaga airport
transfers from the airport (50 minute drive)
I will add you to a whatsapp group if you would like to organise transfers together from the airport
alcoholic drinks however please feel free to bring your own as it is not an alcohol free retreat

Rooms & Cost
There are a mix of twin rooms & double rooms
Prices vary based on the room and are between £1200 - £1500 per person
If you are coming as a couple, there is a double room option or if you are coming with a friend, you can book a twin room. If you are coming alone, you can share with another likeminded guest.
There is a non refundable deposit of £400 to secure your space.
