Nestled in the hills of southern Spain, Ki2B is a beautiful villa surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views and a calm, peaceful energy that invites you to truly slow down.
Join me for four nights / five nourishing days of yoga, delicious food and deep rest. The Terra Retreat is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through simple pleasures and spacious days.
Each morning begins with an energising and informative yoga practice, followed by wholesome, plant-based meals and plenty of free time to relax by the pool, explore the surrounding countryside, read, journal, or simply enjoy the stillness. Evenings are slower, with restorative yoga and meditation designed to calm the nervous system and help you unwind.
We’ll also enjoy a creative workshop together, offering a chance to slow down, make something with your hands, and embrace the grounding rhythm of creating.
Whether you’re looking to work on your practice, rest, or simply spend a few days being looked after, this retreat is a space to pause, breathe deeply, and leave feeling grounded and restored.
